I’m considering running a game using the Fate Accelerated rules, and 3×5 cards seem like the perfect format for the character sheets, so I’ve quickly cobbled together this version of the character sheet to fit the Collins brand pre-ruled index cards¹ I can get here in New Zealand. Apple Pages was really not the right tool for the job, so I haven't bothered to provide the file I used as if you need to modify it for your index cards you’d be better just starting from scratch.
