There are a decent number of different TV shows available in NZ, which various people watch.
Some people however think all TV shows shown locally are rather pathetic (such as my self -eonsim). Such people may instead prefer foreign language shows that aren’t available in NZ. A good example is Anime.
Some people justifiably think that TV is a gargantuan waste of time, period- however U2 documentaries and live DVDs, and televised cricket are ok. {Some people “justifiably” have seen far too much of U2 in recent years :-P âmattw}
Others hold a similar position, but place U2 documentaries and sport in the ‘gargantuan waste of time’ category and consider The Simpsons, Futurama and the first three seasons of Stargate SG-1 to have some worth.
Still others, on occasion, find themselves hopelessly addicted to certain programs which very definitely belong near the bottom of the ‘gargantuan waste of time’ category. {Actually, i havent watched any of the new season – brehaut} {Season 3 is pretty good. Polar bears! âmattw}
