Does anyone have a reliable ginger beer recipe? I used to make it as a kid and recall it being fairly easy to make fairly good.
I don’t, but I’d also recommend elderflower champagne- very tasty. Basically you just brew up a dozen elderflower heads with a gallon of water, some lemon juice and quite a lot of sugar- let them sit for a day then strain the gunk and bottle it- leave it for a week and then drink. Mmmmm. — Greg
